1 Enterprises using social media

Enterprise is using social media (e.g. Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Youtube, Blogspot, etc.) if it has a user profile, an account or a user license depending on the requirements and the type of the social media.

1.4 Wiki based knowledge sharing tools

A wiki is a website that allows the creation, editing and linking of websites (existing or creating links to new ones). It is used for creation of collaborative websites and for building communities. It enables you to collect ideas, create an encyclopedia of knowledge, record information in a readily accessible form, etc.
