1.3 Enterprises with written ICT security guidelines for remote access, e.g. use of VPN, requirements concerning privacy of data: Such guidelines (written instructions and rules) may include e.g. instructions regarding the length of the passwords, instructions for conducting video meetings only in certain programs that provide end-to-end encryption (e.g. MS Teams, Webex, Zoom), instructions on using work devices etc.
2.1 Enterprises with written ICT security guidelines for conducting remote meetings via the internet: Guidelines (written instructions and rules) may refer to conducting video meetings only in certain programs that provide end-to-end encryption (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams) and others.
2.2 Enterprises with written guidelines to favour remote meetings via internet instead of business travelling: Guidelines (written instructions and rules) can only refer to the execution of certain business trips.
