ELECTRONIC EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION IN THE ENTERPRISE
1 Usage of Enterprise Resource Planning software solution (ERP)
ERP is an enterprise business management system that combines data from different departments in one place. ERP solutions contain various modules or offer a wide range of functionality, e.g. finance and accounting, personnel administration, payroll, procurement, production, sales, customer relations, maintenance (service) and others. The data includes the use of at least one module of a standard or software ERP solution that was adapted for the enterprise or developed in the enterprise.
3 Usage of Customer Relationship Management software (CRM)
CRM software is used for managing information about customers (e.g. relations or transactions). It also facilitates communication with the customer and helps track customer interests as well as purchasing habits.
7 Usage of Business Intelligence software (BI)
BI software accesses and analyses data (e.g. from data warehouses, data lakes) from internal IT systems and external sources, and presents analytical findings in reports, summaries, dashboards, graphs, charts and maps to provide users with detailed insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
8 Share data electronically with suppliers or customers within the supply chain
Exchange of information on product or service availability, inventory status, delivery progress, service delivery progress, demand forecasts, customer requests, online and computerized data interchange (RIP) sales, production or maintenance information, etc. Data can be exchanged in the following ways: a) via a website or mobile application, b) via electronic transmission suitable for automated data processing, e.g. in an agreed format via RIP (EDI), XML, EDIFACT, c) via sensors that transmit data in real time, d) in the tracking process. Exchange of handwritten e-mails is not included.
