TYPE OF OFFERING PRODUCTS
Co-created products (co-creation): Co-created goods and services are products designed and developed together with the user. The user had an active role in the creation of the idea, design and development of the products.
Customised products (customisation): Customised products are products designed and developed by enterprise, specifically to meet the needs of particular users.
Standardised products: Standardised goods or services are products offered to different users in the same way. This includes mass customisation.
