UTILISED AGRICULTURAL AREAS
Utilised agricultural area - UAA: Category 'Utilised agricultural area' includes the consumption of macro plant nutrients for main and stubble crops. Regarding the aglicultural areas we consider the main areas (without area with
stubble crops).
...triticale: From 2014 onward in the category of 'cereals for grains' buckwheat is exchanged by triticale.
...other cereals for grains: Category ' other cereals' includes: spelt, rye, maslin,oats and other cereals for grains.
...other industrial plants: Category 'other industrial plants' includes: sunflowers, soya, other oil plants, spices and medical herbs.
..Other crops: Category 'other crops' includes: strawberies, flowers, ornamental plants and other arable crops.
..Extensive orchards and olive groves: Areas of extensive orchards were in 2006 and 2008 included in the areas of permanent grassland with one or two harvests.
