Bankruptcies in the reference period are legal units that have started the procedure of being declared bankrupt by issuing a court declaration.
Larger fluctuations in bankruptcy indices due to the small size of Slovenia may be influenced by a lower number of occurrences in the observed activities and observed periods.

Since the publication of data for January 2024, data for the index Month / average of 2021 have been published. Data converted to the base year 2021 are available from January 2015 on. Data with the base year 2015 are not updated with new time series.
ACTIVITY
Activities are covered according to the Regulation (EU) 2019/2152 on European business statistics, repealing 10 legal acts in the field of business statistics in sections from B - Mining and quarrying to S - Other activities (except public administration, defence, compulsory social security and activities of membership organisations).
