- Methodological explanations
: The AT-RISK-OF-POVERTY RATE ANCHORED AT A FIXED MOMENT IN TIME is the percentage of persons whose equivalised disposable income in SILC income year is below the at-risk-of-poverty threshold from the base year 2005 or 2008. The 2005 threshold is recalculated to the survey year by means of the consumer price index, the 2008 threshold is recalculated to the income reference year by means of the consumer price index.
YEAR: The data published for the last year are provisional, while the data for all previous years are final. The data published for the last year become final with the publishing of the data for the next year.
