Notes

The Structure of Earnings Survey is carried out every four years in all EU Member States on the basis of the European Commission and Council regulations, which determine in detail the definitions used and the mode of its implementation thus enabling international comparability of data on earnings within the European Union. Internationally comparable data can be found on the Eurostat website (Structure of Earnings Survey). The gender pay gap is calculated based on earnings per paid hour for the reference month of the observed year. In Slovenia, the reference month is October, as it is the most representative month.
