MEASUREMENTS
Full study load/work load equivalent: Participants with a part-time study load (participants in adult education, part-time tertiary students, doctoral students, candidates for graduationi) and teachers or academic staff with a part-time workload according to the norms are taken into account in the defined proportions according to the full study load or workload. Participants and teachers or academic staff with a full study load/work load are considered in full number.

Teachers and academic staff in formal education
Teacher assistants are also considered as teachers in preschool education.
Among the academic staff (tertiary education), for 2020 part-time employees are also taken into account, which were covered for the first time in the observation from the academic year 2020/21 on.
