Gender pay gap (%)

The unadjusted Gender Pay Gap represents the difference between average gross hourly earnings of male paid employees and of female paid employees as a percentage of average gross hourly earnings of male paid employees.
Data for 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 are provisional.

Gender employment gap (percentage points)

The gender employment gap is defined as the difference between the employment rates of men and women aged 20–64.

Share of seats held by women in national parliament (%)

The indicator shows the proportion of seats held by women in national parliament (count includes the president).
Data refer to the 1st quarter of the year.

Share of women in senior management positions (%)

The indicator shows the share of women in senior management positions in largest listed companies.
Data refer to the 2nd half of the year.
