Notes

Data by degree of urbanisation from 2012 onwards are presented according to the changed methodology (additional explanation on the methodology can be found on the website about territorial typologies), so they are not completely comparable with the previous data releases. The same applies to data from 2017 onwards when the previous typology was replaced by the revised version of degree of urbanisation.
The survey was in 2015 partly funded by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund. The operation was performed under the Operational Programme for Strengthening Regional Development Potentials 2007–2013, development priority Technical Assistance. From 2016 the survey is partly funded in the framework of the technical support activities (studies, evaluations and other bases, analysis, strategic programming documents) under the Operational Program for the Implementation of the EU Cohesion Policy in the period 2014–2020 for the goal of investments in growth and jobs, which is co-funded by the European Union Cohesion Fund and the Republic of Slovenia.
