Utilization of ewes' milk is estimated on the basis of shares from the survey conducted in 2009.

Utilization of goats' milk is estimated on the basis of shares from the survey conducted in 2009.

5 Difference and losses

Data shows difference beetwen production and utilization of milk due to statistical reasons and loses during production.
