The indicator agricultural factor income per annual work unit corresponds to the nominal net value added at factor cost at current prices, per annual work unit.

The indicator shows the amount of government budget appropriations or outlays on research and development intended for the socio-economic objective “agriculture”.
Share of utilized agricultural areas with organic farming or in conversion (%)
The indicator is defined as the share of total utilised agricultural area occupied by organic farming (existing organically-farmed areas and areas in process of conversion).

Ammonia emissions from agriculture (Mg)
This indicator tracks trends in anthropogenic atmospheric emissions of ammonia by agriculture.

Gross balance nitrogen surplus on agricultural land (kg/ha)
The gross balance nitrogen surplus is based on the difference between the input and the output of nitrogen, i.e. between the quantity of nitrogen input in the soil by agriculture and the quantity of nitrogen in crops removed from the soil.
Gross balance phosphorus surplus or deficit on agricultural land (kg/ha)
The gross balance phosphorus surplus/deficit is based on the difference between the input and the output of phosphorus, i.e. between the quantity of phosphorus input in the soil by agriculture and the quantity of phosphorus in crops removed from the soil.
