For period May 2017–December 2017 revision of monthly base price indices [with base 2010=100] for the following categories were made on 28 February 2018:

- VETERINARY EXPENSES,

Weight

Calculation of weights for groups of goods/services is based on estimation
of their consumption value in agriculture in the base year 2010
[source: Economic Accounts for Agriculture, Slovenia, 2010].
Total value of weights is 100000.

Base index [average 2010=100]

We calculate monthly base agricultural input price indices according to Laspeyres formula, which means that we compare prices of selected goods/services in the current period with their average annual prices in the base period. By calculation of price indices of groups of goods and/or services, we utilize weights for each selected product/service.
